Pre-fill what you know, then send the private link. The applicant opens it, completes the form, and submits — you are not notified until they submit.
Anyone with the link can edit and submit. Keep it private (email or text is fine).
Creates a new approved application for the same tenants (no re-apply). Set the new term and rent, then create the e-sign request on the new application. The prior signed lease stays on file. The security deposit is carried over (not refunded / not due again) and the renewal lease will say so.
